Ol ’Fashioned Peach Festival

2013 Dates – July 27 and 28

Join us as we celebrate the peak of our peach season!  We’ll have games, contests, hayrides (weather permitting), food, wine tastings, and more.  Free admission and parking!

Saturday, July 27

Open 9-6

Games will open at 10A, and run til 5:30P. Lots of prizes!

Hayrides 10A-4P (weather permitting).

Face Painting 10A-5P

Carter Mountain Orchard Peach Princess Contest at 11AM.  2 categories:  ages 5 and under, and 6-12.  Please arrive no later than 10:45A to register.  Contestants will participate in a parade of participants, a question and answer session with our celebrity judge,  and a photo session.  A winner in each age group will be crowned, and will receive special prizes!  No entry fee.

Pie Eating Contest at 2PM – 2 categories, ages 12 and under, and adult (13+).  How many pies can you eat in a 2 minute timed contest!  $2 entry fee, prizes given to winners in each category

Mountain Grill open 11A-3P for lunch

Bakery and Ice Cream - Hot fresh peach cider donuts, peach pie, ice cream, kettle korn, cider slushies, and more!
